Setting Up Auto Pay


If you are a new customer and have not set up an online account, you will need to set the account up first. Your account number and registration code will be sent along with your first bill. Once you have created your account then you can set up autopay on the customer portal.

To set up auto pay you will need to log into to the customer portal. Once you are logged into your account, click on view & pay bill tab.

Autopay 1

1. Click Auto Pay

2. Fill out the following information:

  • Method section:  ACH or Credit card.
  • Due Date:  Date bill is due
  • Name:  Name on Card or account
  • Card number or Routing and account numbers

For credit cards expiration date, and security code on back of card.

For ACH, Select Type of account check or savings.

3. Verify the bill address is correct.

4. Go back to top of page, click the enroll in auto pay:
